The leaders, instructors, and volunteers in the REstart program shall at all times exemplify the highest ethical conduct, professionalism and core program values. These individuals must be dedicated to giving back to the community. Additionally, these specific qualifications are required:
Must be IREM faculty members in good standing.
Must have specific knowledge or training in their presentation topic.
Job shadowing/ Internship Hosts
Must have an appropriate level of education and experience.
The purpose of the job shadowing and internship component of the REstart program is to expose our students to a professional property management industry atmosphere. Hosts will be identified based on standards set by the REstart steering committee, We commit to promoting knowledge and benefits of the REstart program to potential hosts. We will provide the training necessary to successfully host our students. REstart leadership pledges on going support to our hosts and students.
